In the silence there is a small quiet voice inviting listening with our whole being. The reality of listening to God is embodied in our breath, our body and the spirit of God. He is the giver of our life and our breath. While we live in a physical sense we are equally moving in a spiritual world. Profoundly, no life exists without the starting point of breath. When we concentrate our breath, body and the spirit together, holy listening is possible.
